For the tortilla: Further crush up the stuffing mix and place it in a shallow bowl. In another shallow bowl, add some of the gravy. Dip one side of a flour tortilla in the gravy, and then into the crushed stuffing mixture. Place the tortilla upside down on an oven rack and bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 3 to 5 minutes.
