What you need

tsp salt

russet potato

lb ground beef

cup onion

cup beef stock

brioche buns

cup shredded mexican cheese blend

cup cocoa powder

jalapeno

cup green onion

cup tomato paste

hot dog

clove garlic clove
Instructions
Step 1: Peel the russet potato. Using a spiralizer (found on Amazon) Slowly spiral the potato making sure not to cut it. Wrap the potato around the hot dog. Deep fry for 2 minutes or until the potato is golden brown. Step 2: For the chili, brown the ground beef and extract the grease. Add the onions, peppers and garlic and mix well. After a few minutes, when the vegetables are softened, add the seasoning (chili powder and cumin) and mix. Add the tomato paste, and mix well. Mix in the cocoa powder and stock. Simmer for 5 minutes. Step 3: Place the hot dogs in the buns, add the chili, top with cheese and place in the oven until the cheese is melted. Garnish with chopped green onions.View original recipe
