What you need

tbsp butter

tbsp fresh parsley

tsp garlic powder

tsp onion powder

tsp smoked paprika

tbsp olive oil

Instructions
Small dice some Yukon gold potatoes. Add them to a pot of salted water and boil for 10 minutes. Drain the potatoes. Add some olive oil and butter to a medium high frying pan. Add the potatoes and toss in the olive oil and butter. Cook them without stirring for roughly 3 minutes. Toss them and add some onion powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder and salt. Cook stirring frequently for roughly 3 more minutes. Mix in some chopped parsley. Eat them on their own or with a side of bacon and eggs.View original recipe
