What you need

pepper

tsp salt

oz refrigerated pizza dough

cup salted butter

bunch fresh chives

cup swiss cheese

egg yolk

slice smoked ham

cup chive & onion cream cheese spread

cup lemon juice

Instructions
Step 1: Roll out the pizza dough. Spread the chive cream cheese end to end and then add the grated swiss cheese followed by the smoked ham. Step 2: Roll the dough loosely, then cut it into 6 equal pieces. Place inside a cupcake tray and bake at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes. Step 3: When they come out, crack an egg into the center of each one, place back into the oven for an additional 10 minutes. Hollandaise Sauce: Step 1: Whisk together the egg yolks and lemon juice in a bowl. Step 2: Add some water to a saucepan and place the bowl on top to heat the eggs (creating a double boiler). Whisk in the melted butter constantly until the eggs become thickened. Be careful not to scramble the eggs. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish the baked tarts with chopped chives and paprika before serving.View original recipe
